PORTFOLIO
When you reach out to express your interest in collaborating with Alexandria Lee we will respond to you with a customized portfolio. This portfolio will include looks to inspire your vision for selection of a final design. The portfolio will also include garment price ranges to help you determine potential budget for our collaboration.
CONSULTATION
When you are ready to move forward with our collaboration you can book a consultation on our website with one of our senior designers. This one-hour consultation service is dedicated to designing your custom garment. Our experienced designer will discuss your vision, requested timeline, provide guidance on fabric selection, and take your measurements to establish a budget for your project. This service is tailored to your unique style and preferences, ensuring a truly one-of-a-kind garment.
APPROVALS
After the consultation you will receive an official estimate which will include a description of the scope of work and the final price (including any discounts discussed). At this time you will have an opportunity to review and provide your approval of the design and budget. Approval of the estimate and attachments are needed to move to the next step.
SELECTION
After we are aligned on the price and design, the next step is to select the perfect fabric and embellishments for your design. We can help with fabric selection recommendations, and by recommending vendors that provide quality fabric at an affordable price. Once you have purchased the fabric and embellishments you want you will then schedule to drop them off with our designer.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Once we have your fabric and embellishments, garment construction can begin. After you have paid your deposit our designer/ seamstress can start work on your garment. Typically our custom garments can take between 2 - 4 weeks depending on the complexity. We do offer expediting service for rush orders.
FITTINGS
Our one hour fitting service is dedicated to making sure your custom garment is the perfect fit. During fittings the client will try on the garment to ensure that it contours the body as desired. We are dedicated to your satisfaction, during the fittings you will be able to perform a customer quality check on the garment and provide feedback to our designer. During this process you can expect 2 - 3 fittings depending on the complexity of the garment.
PICK UP
After the garment is finished and the client is pleased with how the garment fits, the final payment is due. Final payment must be made before the garment is picked up.
